A Tuscan blend of Vermentino and Trebbiano, it was fermented in stainless steel and partially aged in mature, large oak barrels. The resulting wine is an intriguing combination of bright, fresh orchard fruit and salty minerality. An evocative wine with enormous gastronomic possibilities that demands another sip. Even better the next day…if there is any.
