Pale pink coloured, with fine bubbles, the aromas are lees autolytic on this charmer, leaning more towards red berry fruit and spice. The palate has a creamy mousse, with the red berry coming through. There are cranberry notes as well, along with some yeasty character, and tons of lip-smacking acidity. Medium-bodied and quaffable, this is a brilliant partner to an Asian stir-fry or a picnic lunch.
